Private Training Conditioning

Emma is a NASM-certified personal trainer and certified yoga instructor with a lifelong passion for movement and the outdoors. Having skied since the age of two and spent her life hiking, climbing, and exploring, she understands firsthand the impact that strength and mobility have on performance and longevity.

Growing up in an active family, fitness had always been a part of Emma’s life. However, it wasn’t until she began intentionally strength training that she realized just how much better she felt—not only in the gym but in every aspect of her outdoor pursuits. Strength training helped her prevent injuries, ski steeper runs, climb bigger mountains, and feel stronger doing it. More importantly, it became a foundation for her mental well-being and overall resilience.

Through her coaching, Emma is committed to helping others build strength, move with confidence, and feel their best—both inside and outside the gym. She believes in sustainable, functional training that supports an active lifestyle and long-term health. In working with her, you can expect a compassionate coach with a holistic perspective who will educate and challenge you to reach your goals. Her mission is to foster the same empowering, healing experience for others that she found through movement.
