Adam’s passion for fitness began long before his career in coaching. Growing up, he dedicated most of his life to football, where he developed a strong work ethic, discipline, and appreciation for athletic performance. Alongside sports, he found a passion for strength training, consistently working out since the seventh grade and developing a lifelong commitment to improving both physical and mental resilience.
In 2019, Adam discovered martial arts and immediately fell in love with the process of learning and competing. Since then, he has trained extensively in Muay Thai and Dutch/Western-style kickboxing, combining technical striking with high-level conditioning. His experience in both traditional athletics and combat sports allows him to bring a unique perspective to training, helping clients build confidence, improve movement, and develop real-world strength.
Driven to better understand the science behind performance, Adam pursued his education at Colorado State University Pueblo, where he deepened his knowledge of exercise science, biomechanics, and strength and conditioning. This foundation allows him to create purposeful training programs that are not only effective but sustainable for clients of all fitness levels.
Whether your goal is to lose weight, build muscle, improve athletic performance, learn striking, or simply become a stronger, healthier version of yourself, Adam is committed to helping you succeed. His coaching philosophy focuses on building confidence through consistency, creating an environment where every client feels challenged, supported, and empowered to reach their full potential.
