Striking Private Training Conditioning

In early 2022, Trevor walked into a boxing gym for the first time and instantly fell in love with the discipline and rigor of the sport. Though he had been weight training at big-box gyms for years, it wasn’t until he trained for a fight that he realized how much more there was to mastering performance and health. Losing 40 pounds and winning his first amateur boxing match sparked a passion in him to teach others how to achieve their personal fitness goals.

Now a certified fitness professional, Trevor works full-time as a personal trainer and group fitness instructor but his career started in the world of film and audio where he spent over 12 years as an audio engineer and sound mixer. His unique background in the arts gives him an exceptional eye for detail which he applies to designing personalized training programs that help each client reach their fullest potential.

When he’s not working with clients, Trevor enjoys making music, painting, drawing, and experimenting with healthy protein-based pastry recipes to satisfy his sweet tooth without compromising his diet.

Whether you’re focused on weight training, conditioning, or boxing, Trevor is adept at reading the room and pushing you just enough to ensure steady progress. He believes in the “one day at a time” approach to fitness—never sacrificing fun or enjoyment along the way.
