Private Training

Personal Training is our primary specialty at Vital.  We offer both private and semi-private training sessions coached by some of the most experienced and passionate trainers in the business.  We believe that working with one of our coaches will offer you the highest level of efficiency and accountability in achieving your goals. To truly experience what Vital has to offer, do yourself a favor and try out one of our top-level coaches. You will get something from our personal training sessions that you cannot get anywhere else!


Train like a fighter. Our Strike Club classes are a great way to learn kickboxing and boxing skills, while also getting in a killer cardio workout. You will learn proper technique from experienced fighters, while getting a conditioning push that is unique to combat sports. All levels are welcome as there is no sparring involved in this class.

Our bootcamp classes are taught by one of our elite coaches. Unlike many group fitness classes, you will learn proper lifting technique while participating in these classes. Our class sizes are relatively small which gives you a more personal experience, and allows our coaching staff to focus on correcting and cuing form. You will do a variety of both strength and conditioning in these classes, and they are designed to challenge you in a way that is hard to achieve on your own!
